1987 Honda Civic Repair Question

D15b engine starts normally, but when rpm reaches 3000 , there is a tac tac sound near the first and 2nd cylinder valve

D15B engine had a timing belt broken, already replaced camshaft , timing belt camshaft pulley, engine ok running normally at idle.

have you done a cylinder leak down or a compression test to see how the engine is sealing up?

Were the valve clearances adjusted? You need to readjust them after some running-in as the camshafts was replaced.
