1987 Honda Accord Lxi Passanger Side Front Door Will Open Either Outside Inside

My 1987 Honda Accord LXI passanger side front door will not open with either the outside or inside handle. The outside handle appears to be at a slight angle and when the electric door opener is pushed on the driver door the lock button on the passangre door will go up and then down.
