1987 Honda Accord Civic Si Miss Replace Usual S Spark Plugs Wires Distributor

I have a 1987 honda civic si. It has a miss so i replace the usual S spark plugs wires and distributor cap and rotor. It is still missing. It also idles high then drops idle like it wants to sure them idles back up. Any ideas?
