Dodge Daytona Steering Problem

When I turn after I turn right and I'm going down the road my jerks real hard to the left why does it do that? Also it startingto jerk side to side. Its like the car has a mind ofitdown help

The steering and suspension systems have been ignored for too long. Have them inspected at a tire and alignment shop. In particular, they will look at ball joints, struts, and for loose mounting bolts for the rack and pinion steering gear.
