I have a 1987 chrysler newyorker and the turn signals don't work. I checked the hazard lights and they work, and I have also checked the fuses. I don't know what the problem is, can you tell me?

I checked an replaced flasher relay on bracket and the turn signals still don't work, what else can I do?
