Where is the auto shut down relay on this car?

I've got an 87 New Yorker that I've diagnosed as having a faulty asd relay. The engine cranks but doesn't start. It blew a main circuit fusible link and didn't crank or have instrument cluster readout. Installed new links and now I. Have power to coil, injectors and fuel pump for approx 1 second. I've determined it's the auto shutdown relay. But are unable to locate it! The diagram in the Chilton manual doesn't show an asd relay for this model year? Forums have told me it still has 1. But not its exact location! This. At has been driving the company nuts! I've worked on it for approx 4 hrs! HELP!!!

Any applicable trouble codes? My info says the asd relay is integral to the efi power module. Usually integral means it can't be replaced, separatly.
