Replaced starter, still won't start after it has sat 3-4 hours in cold. What could possibly be causing this?

Are you saying the starter won't crank when problem occurs? If you live in an extremely cold area, do you use a block heater? Battery has a full charge and all connections are clean and tight. Let us know.

Battery has full charge. All connections clean. Not so cold it would need block heater. Now will not start at all. New plugs, distributor, wires, timing good. Ignition control module good.

If it cranks good but won't start, have helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure.
If the starter won't even crank, we can check the starter circuit? Does it crank ok?
