make sure the motor turns. rotate it by hand to make sure the motor did not seize

Inspect the timing chain-remove the distributor cap and turn the engine over manually is the rotor turning if not timing chain broke

Yeah i check the timing chain is ok but i did see one of the piston is stuck and now i need a new engine or i can try to rebuild it thanks for the info do realy help

Try rebuilding it- 22R or RE are good engines if its a 4cyl on it-
