1986 Toyota Cressida Repair Question

Automatic transmission makes weird noise?when change or gear.
Okay Well When I have my car in Park and I change the Gear for P To Drive and The Transmission Makes A Bump Kinda Noise and the hole Car moves Forward But since i have the Brake it just moves Up or down some times.. what can maybe the problem?

Start by checking trans and motor mounts.

Well I Finally Check them out they seem too be in good condition even tho i cant see the top part of them but i gave the engine a good shake and the hole car moved side to side but i dont think that tell me or you anything if there busted or not.
