1986 Mazda Rx7 Rx7 1986 Parked Car Our Parkway More Than 5 Years Had Been

MAZDA RX7(1986). We parked the car at our parkway for more than 5 years. It had never been start since, never attempt to try to start it. It was running fine before we park the car at the Driveway. What Do I have to do to get this car running again. The car itself is 5 Speed manual, It is a MAZDA RX7
(1986). I'm sure there's a lot to replace. for example Motor Oil, Engine OIL, Spark plug, Flush radiator, ..etc... please let me know.
