Exterior lights will not turn off when engine is off in 1986 Lincoln TownCar
When I turn the motor off and remove the key, the exterior lights stay on. I can unhook the battery and they go off, but when the battery is hooked back up the lights come back on.

Have the headlamp switch check and tested for a short circuit
