turns on but it wont drive?

We need to start with checking fluid. If this is low on fluid, then it will not move because it will not engage the clutches.

If the fluid is okay, then we need to move on to adjust the transmission cable and lever to ensure this is correct. This is not a kick down cable.

It actually controls line pressure as well and if this is not correct then you can have not only shifting issues, but it may not engage.
