Chevrolet Other Gas Problem

This is an rv with a 454 it idles low and smells of gas fumes when im idling or driving. going up hill the gas cuts in and out like it wants to stall. it feels like im running out of gas. if im sitting idling to long my chock lite comes on it stalls and is hard to start.

First thing to check here is the choke-make sure the choke plate is fully open within 3 minutes after start if not adjust it, also inspect the accelerator pump and check fuel pressure if its within specs-Most of these problems can be caused by the Carb-start here and let me know-
