I bought the car recently. Car has no power, crawls up to 25 then runs ok. Not fast at all, but will cruise. If you floor it, it pops under hood and stalls. Have code 21 for TPS.I've changed MAP, TPS and fuel filter. Still has same problem.I was thinking clogged cat, but I tap it with a hammer and don't hear rattling. Any ideas.

Check vacuum at idle if 15" or below suspect clogged converter. If it pops then it can be ignition or cam/liter problem. Check fuel pressure what engine is in this?

It's the 4.3 6cyl engine.I cut the cat last night but still have the same problem.
