Replaced the fuel pump and tested entire system. Originally there was no flow to regulator but cleaned out lines. Now while pressure testing the unit it is only reading 2 lbs od pressure. All of the circuts have been checked, fuel pump is running and it is turning over but wont start. I have done everything I can think of. What else is there to check and/or replace???

I have replaced the fuel filter and actually had to replace the fuel pump again as I get a faulty one the 1st time. Replaced the schrader valve, checked the pressure regulator and everything is fine. Car starts but then dies instantly. How do I make sure all the lines are cleaned out - I do not have a compressor or anything like that.
