1986 Audi 4000 where the resitor

Ok I took the center of the dash apart to look at the switch and found the its the resistor that is going bad but I have no idea where it at ive replace a few in other cars and van(american) but never in an audi the car is completely different from what im used to it works on high and that it no 1, 2, 3 only 4 unless there a relay on a sort somewhere? Please help

The resistor is on the blower housing probably close to blower motor. Also check item 14 in pic as it's a relay and may get blower to work on high. Use another relay for testing.
