I need to know whether this power steering pump can cause sqeaking and squeeling when I turn my car on and does my car need the powersteering pump with resrvoir or without?

The sqeaking and sqeeling indicate that the power steering belt is too loose. Also check the power steering oil in it. All the pumps I have seen have the resivor built into the pump.

He is correct. Make sure the fluid is full. Also, based on your description of the noise, chances are the belt is loose.
