How and where do I get the code for the keyed door codes?

Just to add to this i posted how to reset the key pad entry using the master code then you can put in your own code if the system is working properly.To find the master code its on your key pad module i posted a diagram of where it is.Looks like its under your rear package try in the trunk on the passenger side by your rear speaker.Let me know how it goes.
