1985 Jaguar XJ6 Repair Question

Dash light's very dim. Also, one clunk coming from rear of car when coming to a complete stop.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I have checked all the fuses for the dash lights.

sounds like a ground issue. check all your connections at the battery to start.
as far as the clunk, check the motor mounts for something worn or broken.
