Is there anyway i can give my truck more power? disconnect stuff get cheap things that can help?
I need more power because my 1.9 liter tajes some time to get up and go or get up my hill or tow a jetski.

If the transmission is not slipping and exhaust is not clogged -Get it tune-up and see what happens-

Where could i get it tuned up for cheap or where could i get h cheap tune up kit?

I would start with a comp test just to make sure that engine internals are sound.
