Isuzu Truck Transmission Problem
Can i take my 4 speed manual transmission, and convert it to a 5 speed? If i can, what do i need to do to do so?

Just get the correct tansmission and replace it. This should be a direct fit without any modifications

Sorry, if you mean using the original transmission to convert it to 5 speed, that would require a lot of changes internally and getting a replacement 5 speed transmission would be an easier and cheaper option.
