3 l V6 performance is poor timming ok new plugs.

We have no info on this car however, check the compression with a gauge if low like 90 psi all the way across all of them then check for timing chain jumping a tooth or check timing of dist as well. Also check vacuum at intake if 15" or below @ idle suspect a clogged converter/exaust.
