in 85 it came with fuel injection so if you look at the car it's probably been trashed a bit. but it's an old car you really shold look at it if you are considering buy ing it. it may not be what you think it is. it cold aslo have a 305 engine not a 350 on the block it woud have cast in it 5.0 or 5.7 where the bell housing bolts up.

I told him i was looking for a project i could drive home. he responded saying...Then this is your car, run/drive fine. dent in fender and door crack. in ground effects. needs interior could use some work but ok, no head liner. i have another set of black fenders and black doors. good running car I drive all the time.

pictures can be deceiving, this car is blackand wet due to being freshly washed it will hide alot. if you want a project then it's up to you but look at it first to make your decision it is not cheap to redo these cars and you will hardly ever get your money back. I would ask if he stil has the fuel injection unit the car would drive much better and what else has been done to the motor? you need to go out and talk to the guy not by email or phone. see if this is areal piece of crap or what. it amay be rusty as hell as well so that is more sheetmetal repair and is only as good as the person repairing it.
