crank works fine have sprayed ether it pops but not like its spose to put new glow plugs in and still nothing any advice helps

check the fuel pressure to the injector pump. if there is none, then you have a fuel delivery issue. if there is, you may have a injector pump failure.
if the pump is out of fuel, it may also be damaged from the lack of fuel.
