THE BALL JOUNT WHERE IT BOLTS TO THE BOTTOM OF THE STRUT IS THERE BUSHINING THE THE BALL JOUNT ON THE LOWER SIDE OF THE WHEEL PASSAGER SIDE

Yes ball joint is tapeder fit any movement would come from ball and seat of joint

If stud part moves up and down or side to side BUT does NOT rotae over move I n arm then ball joint faulty
