Why does my car exhaust blow out black liquid and carbon only in cold weather starting? It leave a big black spot on the pavement behind the car.

carb running very rich. water is condensation from the weather.
it is a computer controlled carb. nothing you can do. need a shop with scan tool to adjust properly
