1984 Cadillac Deville Repair Question

Cadillac Deville Engine Problem
Hello. I have question about 1984 cadillac deville limo. I bought this car few weeks ago and VIN shows it's 4.1L but label under hood and registration vechicle book said it's 6.0L . I think maybe somebody earlier change engine. Last owner don't knew nothing about it. How can I check what it is a motor? and second my question if it's 6.0L so what parts I should search for this car? I mean for 4.1L or for 6.0L? Thank You very much.

Hello again. I was tryin do a good photo of this engine but we have winter in Poland and it's dark outside. Please tell me do I have another picture or this can help us. Thank You.
