Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valve and see what happens

PROBABLY A CARB?

IF IT WAS RUNNING FINE

THEN THIS ISSUE,

CHOKE STUCK CLOSED?

LOOK FOR VACUUM LEAKS---CHECK EGR TOO!

CARB SCREWS/NUTS/BOLT/ LOOSE

ANY RECENT HISTORY?

HAVE YOU BEEN FIDDLIN' WITH ADJUSTMENTS?
