How do I adjust rich/lean on the carb

Close the A/F mixture screw and then back it out 2 turns-start it up set the idle speed as specified-now turn in A/F screw till the engine starts to miss then back it out 1/4 turn do the same thing with the other then finally set the idle speed to specification
