Clicking coming from my third spark plug

There is a clicking and vibration coming from my third spark plug in my truck. Does this mean the connection is bad? I changed the spark plugs, but the truck still seems it missing and the clicking is coming from plug 3

It sounds like the plug is loose, check it, and do a compression check the engine, you will probably get low or no reading on number three.I have seen this when the head has a hairline crack at a valve. Can only find the crack when checked at a machine shop after head removal.
