How do stop my 1983 ford f-150 brakes from sticking

After driving for a few miles the brakes get hot and stick until the truck cools off

Which brakes, front or rear? If front, check to make sure the caliper isn't sticking and the slides are not sticking. With the rears, clean, adjust, and make sure the springs still have enough tension to retract the shoes. NOTE: Make sure the park brake isn't overly adjusted.

Caliper pistons could be binding in its bore not retracting or the brake hose is collasped-start here
