How to wire a toggle switch and push button switch to turn on and off truck?
My ignition is really messed up and i use the rod on the side of the steering column to start and turn off my truck. I had a good idea on maybe i can wire a push start and toggle on and off switch to turn the truck off. how can i do this? will everything still come on? 1983 chevy silverado 1500. tilt steering column with automatic.

We only recommend standard replacement parts.

well the thing is i dont have the money to get it replaced right now and this is going to be temporary for now. i will get it rebuilt when i get enough money.

I understand. However, it creates a libality issue for us. I hope you understand. I can't recommend it.
