Chevrolet Silverado Wiring Problem
My tail lights flicker even when the ignition is off, How can I fix this?

Your tail lamps get voltage from the headlamp switch. I believe it is a brown wire that carries voltage to the tail lamps from headlamp switch. My old wiring diagram isn't that easy to read, as far as wiring color.
If you unplug the headlamp switch, just for testing, does the problem go away?
