My tale lights and front and back turn signals work but my running lights and headlights wont work

Everything besides the headlights and running lights work, I have tried to replace the headlight switch but it did nothing just the same result

check your dimmer switch, especially if it is floor mounted. if it is steering wheel mountedcheck that also. check your groundfor the headlights aswell. it's the black wire comingoff the headlights.
