I HAVE A 1983 CADILLAC DEVILLE. WONT START DOESNT SEEM TO BE GETTIN GAS. HAS DIGITAL INJECTION SYSTEM. NEED HELP

start with a fuel pressure test and spark test. one of them will be missing then we can proceed.

spray with starting fluid in the intake.will it trying to start?

and check the injecter fuse

how do i locate the injector fuse? i see the relay block but i dont know how to know which ones which?
