1982 Ford F 250 Figure Out Front Brakes On F250 Still Working

Truck did not stop when brakes were pressed. When repair work was done- Calipers were rusted and looked to never been engaged. Replaced Calipers- snugged them up. Bled brake lines. Brake pedal still seemed low. Brakes still do not seem to engage until/unless brake pedal is hit hard to the floor. Why?

Have you checked the master cylinder? When bleeding, was fluid coming out of the caliper?

Check the brake master cylinder, combination valve and rear brakes for proper adjsutment and also look for external leakage-
