82 Buick Skylark stalls and dies when I give it gas

2.5L singelport tbi I have done a tune up (cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, coil it revs up fine if I push the gas slow but if I try to drive it or gas push the gas pedal quick it backfires and dies

Those had a problem with the distributors after a while. The reluctor inside cracks and makes the car drive screwy. But scan for codes as well. They also had a tendency to crack heads and blocks as well as vacuum leaks at intakes.
