Oldsmobile Delta 88 Wheel Problem
How do you replace the steering wheel? the one thats on it now is all cracked and broken.

remove the horn pad with bolts from the rear of the pad.
remove the safety clip on the end of the shaft and remove the nut securing the wheel.
use a steering wheel puller to release the wheel.
