What is wrong if while driving the oldsmobile if I turned on the radio (the radio wasn't getting signal) and kept driving after finding a channel, then a good minute and a half later the lights dim on the dash and in front of the car and the radio blanks and power of steering is lost then by the time I pulled over all lights were out.

now that the car was towed home the headlights will turn on but no power to anything else and the engine doesnt have and power to turn over
