I want to run bush lights on my truck but am having a hard time grasping the power fact, lets say im running a bunch of fancy crap in the system too such as subs and stuff that also uses power and alot of it, will I need to add an extra battery to run everything or would a good high amp altinator take care of it no problem?

You will need an alternator upgrade. That is mandatory to handle all your needs
