Ford 318 engine does not turn over. Solenoid clicks. Battery is charged. What can it be?

Tighten the two copper nuts on the two large solenoid terminals. In the unlikely event that doesn't help, use a test light or voltmeter to measure the voltages on those two studs. One is connected to the battery positive post and will have 12 volts all the time. The other one is the one we need to measure. It should have voltage when the solenoid clicks.
