Ram won't start but fires

I have a 1979 dodge ram 3/4 ton was running great with new dist. New rotor, new alternator I put in reverse and went about 5 feet and it died cranked till it was flooded tried to pop start it when it does start its extremely bogged otherwise it just cranks over timing chain has not moved changed dist. Changed coil still just turns over
any ideas?

You were right the distributor was 180 out thanks a bunch :)
