When I'm putting my new transmission up for the last bolts, it's in just slightly sideways, just enought that the electrical wire can't reach that's next to the shifter, how to I straighten it?

Use some type of dowels to put in all of the holes, then install the bolts one by one, but don't tighten them. After you get them all in, then tighten them a little at a time one by one until the tranny is snugged up to the engine.
