speedodometer needle does not register properly on 78 chevy pu truck. It does not return to zero. It starts at 90mph and returns to same when engine is off. I moved it back to zero with my finger and it worked ok for a very short time and is now back to 90. It registers from here and returns to 90 upon stopping. Does this mean I need another gauge?
