Ford F-100 Smog Problem

The engine is a 302. The ignition system is a Motorcraft Duraspark II. The carburetor is a Motorcraft 2150 2-bbl. I purchased the truck as-is condition. Here in California, the smog laws are strict. The smog test station says the vaccuum hose from the distributor is missing, but cannot find where the other end connects to. Therefore, the truck cannot pass smog inspection. Incidently, the emission test results for CO2, O2, HC, CO and NO are satisfactory. Any ideas?
