Ford Pinto Starter Problem
Car will not start by key . . can jump it at starter and it will run great and it will turn off by key. starter, battery and selenoid are good. all cables are tight and great condition.

Your starter control circuit on the ignition switch is open, wire to starter relay open or the starter relay is defective
