Chevrolet El Camino Engine Problem
My transmission went out and one of my lifters is messed up so i found a deal on a motor and transmission,but it came out of a 79 el camino...can I put them in my 72 el camino?

The engine itself if the same block should bolt in. The engine mounts have to be the same and tranny mounts. In therory it could work
