I want to install a new battery in my Pontiac Lemans 350, but I don't know which direction to put the battery in.
Does the positive end go toward the front of the car or is it the other way around? I can't read the "+" or "-" on the battery cables.

FORGET ABOUT THE POSITION OF THE BATTERY

THE IMPORTANT THING IS TO GET THE CABLES ON IT CORRECTLY!

DOING THAT WILL PROBABLY DETERMINE WHICH WAY THE BATTERY SITS

FOLLOW THE CABLES, THE "POSITIVE CABLE" WILL WIND UP AT THE STARTER

THE THE OTHER END OF THE "NEGATIVE" SHOULD GET BOLTED TO THE ENGINE BLOCK
