Need help with my ford that keeps acting up

I have a 67 ford half ton flat bed pickup with s 72 400 motor out of a country squire in it and when your driving down the road and go to step on the gas it seems to want to bog out on me now i've replaced to fuel pump and re-ran the fuel line already also rebuilt to carb what could be causing this?

Fuel Filter--Air Flow (air cleaner/ filter--Vacuum Leak(s) (intake bolts, carb bolts, open lines/ ports--Timing Off--Accelerator Pump--Carburetor Adjustments (internal as well as external, Such as Float height) Be more specific with engine and carb data.
