. overflow when the temp is not high? Also my oil pressure drops when the engine warms up.

- car takes 3 or 4 tries to get idling
- once idling, idles a little rough but not for long ( 30-60 sec. of high reving)
- when heat gets to norm.it idles fine, starts to steam from hose of rad overflow, temp does not go up, and the oil pressure drops.
-oil pressure very slow to drop.
-oil pressure gauge on the dash shows pressure dropping

gauge works fine. I think it's the rad cap. I think I use 5W-30 oil( I just bought it), which kind should I use for this make and model?
